Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your PawLuxe account.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. PawLuxe is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PawLuxe is not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
