At PawLuxe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@pawluxepro.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pawluxepro.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened pet beds and used grooming products cannot be returned unless defective.
